Is there any android emulator that supports MSU-1?

Try retroarch...it has bsnes emulator there...for me my phone is too slow..maybe works on yours.

Use the nightly builds of Retro Arch and download the bsnes Mercury core, it's the lightest version if enabling all the HLE options.
To load an MSU-1 game on the phone, open it through the BML manifest file.
Most recent versions of higan already deprecated the BML manifest usage, not sure if the retroarch team already took these changes to the bsnes cores.
In any case, the new way of loading MSU-1 games is as follow:
