Link to the Past (J) MSU-1 Patch

I've modified my original aLttP MSU-1 code to support the Japanese ROM, mostly because I wanted to use it with randomizers and they all use the (J) ROM as a base.  I haven't had much chance to test it yet, so I'm not going to post it to the db until I do that, but if anybody else wants to try it, here it is:
