Rom patching with 50hz consoles...
Hello again... i'm noticing that playing at 50hz some games has issues with reproducing all the sounds through the spc700 playing faltering.
The solution is to unlock 60hz, but, What if i want not to play at 60hz?, What could be the solution?, Is possible to patch a game from an actual patch for 60hz versions?.
I do not know if I'm explaining the point well...

I'm not sure what your problem with spc has to do with msu. Are the sound effects affected?
Nearly all patches are developed for ntsc to touch the masses, Some however are ported on special request for pal (dkc, terranigma).
