Thanks Conn u the best..and tonight im continuing doin smb3 on allstars ..then 2 ,1 and. Lost levels
You forgot the music for the bonus stages. I made the video (not yet uploaded) and landed with the rocket belt on the moving target, there was no music (SPC or PCM) on the bird man bonus stage.
Thanks Shiryu hahaha i thought other one covered for both ill fix that. Thanks fornthe info.hey Shiryu make a copy from 26.pcm ...use the copy one as 19.pcm..it might play.
Hi. Thanks for the patch!
On SD2SNES it does a loud buzz in certain points of the game. With the 1st msu-1 patch it was doing it right on boot then start screen and right after you click a stage. Now with the lastest patch it is doing it on the start screen and right after you click a stage.

Maybe has to do with the loudness of some pcm..it need to be normalized u,can do that with audacity.my sd2snes firmware is not the latest to test that.i need to get a new sd2snes to find out the problem
It is weird that the issue isn't present with the emulators. Did you touch any PCM after the initial release? Because after patching my rom with the latest release, the initial buzz right on boot was gone. So it remains on the start screen (the buzz won't stop until you start the game) and right when you select a stage to play, for like two seconds.kurrono wrote:Maybe has to do with the loudness of some pcm..it need to be normalized u,can do that with audacity.my sd2snes firmware is not the latest to test that.i need to get a new sd2snes to find out the problem
My sd2snes is revision H with latest firmware.
There was a similar issue with Dracula X if you remember, Kurrono.
Here's what Conn said at the time...

Conn wrote:THIS is what's happening, not fadeout or whatever: the intro is mute, nevertheless it tries to load track -39 (hex$27)
cat is an explosion (hardly noticeable), here it tries to load pcm track -41 (hex$29), which isn't part of the pcm set.
so it tries to play multiple times a track that isn't there.
The problem could be something completely else. This was happening in the first version as well and is now also happening at other places in the new version?
Can you send a video?
I can look when I'm back from vacation, but real hardware issues usually are hard to retrace, so maybe this patch is for.emulator use only.
Edit
The way you describe it (buzzes after a new theme is introduced, something is wrong with the volume. Checking the code:
Sta $2004
Stz $2005
Stz $2006
The Stz $2006 should come before sta $2004, otherwise it plays the new track that isn't loaded yet at full volume. Try with a switch:
Stz $2006 ; move it to here
Sta $2004
Stz $2005
(But that's a wild guess, sorry if it will not solve the issue )
