Here are my play through videos. I think I found a few bugs.

So this is as far as I got.
My suggestions:
- You might have too many dark rooms (rooms where your lantern turns on and you can't see)
- You might have too many rooms where those skeletons come in dropping down from the ceiling.
- I would call this a new hack in its own right and not version 2.0
- In the firerod dungeon there are these tiles with markings on them and some are solid and others are walkable and its very hard to tell the difference between the two.
- In the rift area you have a bumper right next to a warp and we know those cause trouble when together. In the old CHRT its the path were you kick the deku seed to hookshot onto the new leaf platform.
I don't want to say too too much because I want this to be like your own hack.

Anyways, you posted simply 2.5 hours videos, it would be much simpler to give the times when bugs occur so SePH can forward to this bug instead of watching the complete stuff.

Alright Erock, I completely watched your three videos, here's my feedback! :)
Have you tried going into these rooms?
Not very obvious. I know. Maybe I could add arrow symbols on the floors...
1 and 2 are your opinion and I respect that, but like I said in one of my replies to your videos, the dark rooms and those sprites arent used everywhere, only in the harder dungeons so I think they are justifiable!
3 - Like I've said multiple times, this will be released as a prequel to High Rule Tail so its going to be a v1.0 of its own thing :-P
4- I know and I knew you would notice. This is just one of those things that just cant pass the Erock seal of quality lol. In all seriousness I'll figure something out with those tiles.
5- I'll fix that when I get to remake my puzzles in those rooms, thanks!

You should always check which dungeon you're in when you enter a dungeon...actually you gave me a better idea, let's see if I can implement it in a future version! I'll try adding level names when you enter the dungeons... similar to other zelda games. like for exemple ~ Level VI - Mayan Crypt ~ ...and I think I just know how.

1:05:30 Your version was probably was what initiated the update I started...but at some point I decided to remake it all because the more I worked on it, the more it felt like something else, like a brand new hack.
1:06:15 It is a bit more difficult without all the equipment but its beatable... as dungeons 2 until 9 can be beaten in the order you want. You simply missed a key in one very obvious pot you didnt lifted as you walked by it!

I recently removed all my dungeon chest defenitions because I ran out of chests, but didn't re-added these chests yet because I don't know if I'll use them all given I temporary removed the 5 keys needed to collect in the dungeon.

1:14:00 Yes this isn't a traditional zelda game, it was envisionned with the speedrunners in mind, you know those people that love to run the game fast. I've given them all the tools they need with this remake. For exemple, if you want you can quickly grab all the items you want in all dungeons without beating them and simply find the alternate path to ganon and you'll be able to beat ganon with an hammer if you want. I'll implement hammer damage to ganon just like the randomizer. So people who want to go fight Ganon with 3 hearts will be able to do if they want but without glitching the game like they do. If you want to do a reverse dungeons run (start with the last dungeon and finish with the 2nd one), you'll be able to do so. There's five different endings to the game and they are already implemented and much more different then what I did with High Rule Tail. So hopefully people will enjoy this hack a lot more then the very linear adventure we made with high rule tail!

Again thanks for noticing that, this is one of the reasons I started this pre alpha testing...I work on so many different things everyday that sometimes don't have time to test out all different items and what they do, but thankfully testers are there for that ;-P

I'm currently fixing all the bugs you found.
I felt inspired a bit so remade that one room in level 10 which still looked like the parallel tower!
I re-added that puzzle from your one of your removed dev rooms from high rule tail and tweaked it quite a bit.
I've tested the puzzle and it works! You need to keep hitting that pegswitch to change the rail tracks while lighting those torches and the chest appears! You also need at least a green lightsaber to be able to shoot those sword beams!

Alright I've finished watching, here's my comments for part four!
Dungeon 4 feels like a drag not only for you, with all those rooms full of nothing, I'll probably try shortening it up and tell euclid which rooms to remove in the map.
To get the first magic upgrade, you can find it in one of the indian tipis, just sprinkle magic on top of the text where its mentionned, i need to do that room.
To get the second magic upgrade, its in one of the two chuck ponds but cant remember which one (theres one pond in heaven and one in the desert).

Level 4 was the old Spenser's estate?

Precisely. That dungeon uses twice the amount of rooms compared to the other dungeons but they are all mostly empty rooms.

This round of bug fixes gave me some motivation to finally change my Doctor Dorf battlegrounds so they look like you are actually inside a stomach!

I'm currently watching your whole playthrough and will respond when I'm fully done, but in the mean time, two things I noticed:
-You never used your TARDIS key on the overworld after you got the item.
-You never returned to Tingle in the Garden of Eden after you got the magic powder.
That means I'll have to add a clue somewhere that the TARDIS key allows you to travel to other places in overworlds, otherwise I fear not only you will get stuck there :/
For the later part, I will make Ganon defeateable with normal arrows and you'll be able to go there swordless and use your hammer to beat him. So youll be able to beat the game in thirty minutes if you want :-P

Alright here's my part five comments! I've stop commenting at 37:00 but watched the rest too, just nothing worth commenting about after that! You did an awesome playthrough and it'll help me greatly with my balancing of the game.

3:49 I wasn't sure if I'd keep it with no keys, so I left it like that for the pre-alpha testing, but after seeing your reaction I've made up my mind clear and I'll leave it with no keys. I'll then replace the chests you'd normally get keys and replace them with heart pieces and other goodies like that!

So you'll be more then welcome to give a try in the beta version. For Euclid's room, I made some changes and gave him his own hard optional puzzle, which is quite similar to the hard optional puzzle of parallel world but also quite easier. For Conn's room, something really special will unlock after you visit it, won't tell much, but its msu-1 related and should please quite a lot of people :-]

Then sprinkle powder on this cucumber and talk to him:
It gives you the Triforce Shrine (The Church) location:
Now go to flight point 6 (when you get the flute or cheat to have one):
now do the coordinates you just learn:
you arrive in the church area, now talk to this red black block and choose the 3rd chooice:
it gives you the other location in your phone:
go there and enter the pyramid:
youre now in ganons room:
That's about it for the lost woods :-P

So yeah, when you make a game its sometimes hard to judge how others will play it because you know where everything is and how to accomplish all of the goals.
I never used the Tardis key on the overworld to warp because in Conker's HRT, the Tardis key is pretty much useless. I mean it does warp you, but only to that hole right before Gannon and in CHRT you can access this area without warping. So thinking that the Tardis key would warp you to a new location that you cannot access slipped my mind. Because this doesn't happen in CHRT.

Ah, this bombos at Ganon bug does not appear in original ALTTP since you freeze there during explosion. Maybe Euclid can add this to Conker as well?

In final, thanks for taking the time to record a complete playthough of the update/remake or whatever this is project, I have enough stuff to do for at least another month :-P

2:10 No, that chuck norris sprite was made Charmander106 who also made our conker sprite! He's also also the one who had that idea of changing the shields into tails and he also edited several items graphics!
3:04 The graphics when you pick it up are wrong, its a normal apple gfx and was there since a long time. It's also using the wrong gfx in smartphone. I never bothered fixing these in high rule tail either.
3:55 I already come up with new dialogue for that item and it just needs to be inserted along a minor name edit in menu which I should manage :-)

8:27 Yes that spin3 thingy is actually quite effective against some bosses. You can actually get it quite early in the game now.

22:30 I only used my very old and defunct Paint Shop Pro 9.0 to assemble the pics! For a 2004 program, it still performs like it should do for basic snes rom hacking needs and its also fully compatible with Hyrule Magic copy and pasting so its still my graphics editor of choice in 2019 lol :-)
