Considering the video contains music from a lot of bands, they have no right to claim sole ownership of it. So that in itself is a joke.

TL:DR Its a huge mess and it hurts not only content makers and the Right holders as well. It also is very picky on who (Rights Holdes can join). So does not even do its job right.
