I saw that also. I think its a great idea and I hope the person that made the demo of it can finish the whole game. I wounder though how the controller button layout would work. Something like X,Y,A?

Sonic is essentially one button as A, B & C all did the same thing.

Its not enough, i mean, put a stage where you can get the "rapid shoes".

The SNES can do speedy things. For example I can hack super mario world and make the Rex enemy speed max and it will be faster than sonic.

Yeah, blast processing is basically a myth and if it's programmed right there should be no issue as the proof of concept above, well... proves.
