Live A Live patch 1.0 release.
Apply over translated rom (should work fine over native Japanese, but is untested.)

Optionally, there are replacement tracks for the SPC background noises like blowing wind + shipyard noises. Install this and Relikk's pack at the same time. This is a separate pack due to not having the versions used in the HD2D remake.
