What is here are two patches that are slightly different but pretty much the same.  One has the original character Richter, but his death is uncensored, and the other has a cut character more likely from "Rondo of Blood".  (Although, fans speculate it was from a cancelled 32x Castlevania game known as "The Bloodletting", but there was really no set title for the cancelled game.)  The character is only known as "The Rival", but could also be Richter's friend Josef.  I decided to use the cut/cancelled character because he hasn't been featured anywhere else and I thought this would be a good opportunity to use him, along with MSU-1, because I think he deserves it.
