Possible way to do Msu-1 gba/gbc through super retro advanced

So, I have come to realize super gameboy has a rom and sd2snes uses it so you can play gb/gbc games with msu-1 music.

I happen to have a unofficial superboy advanced. Ive seen people re-solder it to work along side the snes without av jacks. Could this help allow hackers to msu a whole library of gbas? Theoretically it might have a rom!
