Better IPS and ASM patchers

Alcaro created some tools that can be used for ASM and IPS patching, that are better than Lunar IPS and xkas.
The IPS patcher is called Floating IPS

The ASM patcher is called Asar:

I've used these, and they are very helpful and easy to use with multiple advantages they have over the more well known tools.
