help in Hyrule-Magic

Hello .... I have a problem in Hyrule Magic-I can not insert a graphic Surtour and I try to paste a graphic 16x16, but it does not work, and when I close a window , it makes me: not enought for space, looks like Hyrule-Magic refuses to insert or apply a change at the gfx, ..... if one of you have a solution, it'd be cool to solve my problem in Hyrule-Magic
