Misc Colors Palette 1

Does anybody know what the palette labeled "Miscellaneous Colors Palette 1" in HM is used for besides the ending credits?  Specifically, I'm wondering about the color that I've highlighted in green, because that green was the original color, and it is used as a header color in the ending credits.  I'm just curious why this color was changed in PW.  Maybe Euclid only wanted yellow and red headers in the credits, and no green?  Or is it used somewhere else in the game?  I kinda liked the green headers in the credits, but if there's a real reason for it to be changed to have 2 nearly indistinguishable reds in the same palette, I can leave it alone.
