Ok really, you need to stop being pushy and demanding that people do stuff for you. It is not ok.
Also, just use the .json files you use for F-zero. The only thing you need to do is change the name output to be simcity instead of f-zero.
If what i am saying doesnt make sense and you need additional help then use my tutorial.

I have it time stamped at about six minutes in explaining how to use a .json file. Download link in description of video for a .json file template, something i didn't even have when i first learned to do this so it literally couldnt be any easier.
Don't ask again, you now have what you need to do things for yourself
Edit: i just checked my tutorial and 8:35 is what you are looking for.
