For example when you have saved and quit in the dark world and then reload your save you appear at the top of the pyramid or when you defeat the wizard for the first time and he drags you into the dark world and puts you on top of the pyramid.
Is there a way to change that point in which you appear to say the middle of the thieves town in the dark world?

also i would like to change the point where you respawn if you die after having zelda with you and before you get to the church. if you die durring that time you respawn back in the jail cell where you originally find zelda

This can be done with Hyrule Magic. Go to overworld editor and remove the white dot (ie exit 0032) from the pyramid. Add it in the thieves' town with all the correct settings, mimicking what is currently at the pyramid. Do note: this spawning point is the same: if you defeat Agahnim or if you die in the dark world. You will always spawn here.

Again in Hyrule Magic under "dungeons" instead of clicking on the Entrances, you click on the Starting location 02 at the bottom. Once there change room to new room, adopt blockset to laod when spawning, adopt music, adopt dungeon definition, adopt Y and X location of spawn, adopt Y and X Scroll for spawn, adopt CX and CY accordingly, under more: adopt associated entrance (which should remain 2 though), then adopt BG, ladder level, camera scroll, floor level, Scrolling edges and house exit door remains "none".
Too much work if you ask me, for little gain.
