Someone with the necessary knowledge please
the file ( shinmegamitensei_msu1.msu )
is 4 bytes in size,
was that intentional?
Opening with the notebook, inside it is ( ÿ )

Honestly, I just copied it from a SMW hack Embarassed But I'm pretty sure it's the MSU data file, and it's used by this hack to check if MSU-1 is supported or not.
