Stunt Race FX MSU-1 possible?

Hi everyone,
I am rather new here and i apologize if i have posted this in the incorrect area.
I've seen a FastRom recently of Stunt Race FX, and was wondering if anyone has ever thought of doing a MSU-1 version of the game with using the Wild Trax arranged CD?

I've been listening to it lately and thought it would be a good mix to listen to that while playing the game.

it is possible to MSU1 a superfx game, but it is more difficult than doing a game that does not use superfx.
