Oracle of Secrets Demo Feedback and Bug Reports

How close is this hack to being done? just curious.

I keep a log on here of the progress, I couldn't tell you how close I feel to it being done since SePH has been working on his game for damn near a decade. But I'll still post updates all the time.

While I'm pretty new here, I wanted to try the Oracle of Seasons demo, but I seem to find no download link. Even so, I did want to see the progress or the 'log', by accessing http://halext.org/~OoS. Even if i click on this link, Mozilla keeps saying it can't connect to this page.

That's because the entire halext site is down and it is a question if it is going to come back up. I have this Rom/Patch (locked and unlocked), but you will have to talk to the author on this, since he decided to release this demo as a locked file to be emulator specific, and we had severe problems (spam etc) with the general population on this matter, since this forced them to use specific recoded emulators.

So I need to renounce on posting such a "locked" hack or the recoded emulator needed to run it (basically this was in the shortcut of the first post). But to release the unlocked (regular) version of the game was never endorced by the author, so like said you will have to contact moegami, if he is still around (I haven't heard from him in a while).

I think it's safe to say we can probably put this thread away for now. Anyone with administrative or moderating capabilities should prob just lock and tuck it away. The old locked demo is at http://zeniea.com/legacy/files/oos/Oracle_release.zip and I will not be getting the halext.org domain back so all these links are inaccurate, so I'd rather not confuse anybody.

In the future I'll probably release unlocked progressive roms rather than just one large demo at a time.
