MSU-1 Resume support on SD2SNES

Today I was finally able to make MSU-1 resume support (supported since higan v096) works on the SD2SNES, I made the modifications to the firmware myself (see https://github.com/mrehkopf/sd2snes/pull/67/files)

I know ur busy on ur stuff..i9m trying to learn more.. like u said u Conn..May the force be with u...i got like 3 games right now. but smthing dont let me hack them. .when i add msu1 to the games i removed music.. just break the game...i guess im using wrong addresses.. konami games are hard to hack..but is ok. i was only saying hi to u guys

Yea im ok with that..uhmm right now im working. with ultraman towards the future i added music from the tv show to all nine stages..then rival turf..final fight ..and super ghouls n ghosts ...then gradius 3 that is pain in the well u know..hard to hack
