Hmmm, I am not having success with any of the non-headered EWJ USA roms. Both bsnes and snes9x say the header is corrupted and nothing but black screens. I have tested 3 different versions. Anyone else having the same issue?

I’ll look into it. I may have mixed up the patches. I did do four releases at once last night.

Keep in mind too, I am no longer supporting older versions of emulators that require BML or XML files (Higan and old BSnesPlus versions). This may be why you are getting your black screen issues (since, I know you use those BML and XML dependent emulators). From this day forward, I will only support BSnesPlus non-XML version and Qwerty's Snes9x. For me, it is too time consuming in creating these files when something better is already out that makes it less complicated. As Conn normally puts it, it is too much work for too little gain.

My advice, it is time to upgrade your emulator or have someone else create these files for you. I just do not have the free time to fine tune things as in the past. I do apologize for the inconvenience in advance.

Ok, in this case, it was my mistake, I built the BPS patch out of a bad patched ROM. I'll re-upload fixed BPS file shortly.

ewj-msu1-patch-pepillopev-v1.0-fixed.rar.

Again, apologies for my mishap. You do a lot at once, mistakes are bound to happen.

Both pcm (EWJ1, EWJ2) downloads work for me (and the links weren't changed). The problem is at your side.
Try a different browser or disable some add-ons.

@the_randomizer Its no discrepancy, its just how the Zeldix site shows the page (if too much text is present, other text below will be omitted on the primary page). Only way to see them is to go into the topic itself. I have no control over that.

@Conn I already addressed it. All I had to do was remove the bloatware text to push the link information up. The extra text I had before was pushing the link down (not showing).

There are plenty of other games where you need to open the thread to see all links (Super Star Wars, Demon's Crest... ...). But now he knows how to get them. I think he is the first user encountering this...

@Conn Yup, I went through the same thing upon visiting the site for the first time too. I just figured it out on my own. But at least, now, I know that first couple of lines on the main topic page are valuable (put the important stuff first so that it shows).

I forget that we live in an 'immediate gratification' society. We need that link right away and it must be found effortlessly, hee hee hee.

It's impossible to edit all threads... alone if multiple pcm sets are present (e.g., Demon's Crest), people have to open the specific thread to view them all.
Furthermore, like in Super Star Wars (where we merged all 3 games into one post), there is no other way than to open it to get the files for a specific game.

Luckily for most people it is "natural" to open the thread for more info.
For those encountering these problems, we know now how to solve it

But this blog view is strange sometimes... at some instances, even the videos will not show up in the genre database. (just a ...). Then I edit many spaces before the youtube link, then it shows up. At least that's my trick

@Conn I know, my friend, I totally agree with you on that one. I'm not going over every one of my posts to fix that too. No way!

This was just a case where someone got frustrated.  Forcing the rational, cognitive part of the brain to shut down, which in turn, made it even more difficult to find the link. All that is left, is to rant and complain. Needless rant and complaining leads to unnecessary confusion. Lol, starting to sound like Yoda, now.

That's all it was. We just had to steer the_randomizer in the right direction, that is all. We all been there in one time or another.
