Sorry this wasn't mentioned sooner, but when I tried to play on my FXPak Pro, I got far in the game, though I don't remember how far, but as I was advancing a floor, the game hung on a black screen.

Really, I just did a little test here and the patch is still the same!

I did -- maybe I should try again with it turned off. I heard some games hang in black screens with it turned on.

Yeah. It's a buggy feature of the SD2SNES/FXPak and it's wise to leave them disabled. It breaks a lot of games.
