No music with some audio packs
Hi,
I'm using Retroarch Genesis plus GX and I don't have any music with both music pack for msu-md, which should be compatible with MD+.
I have patched a no-intro US Rom with the patchy by neodev, since I am using an emulator.
I have tried with the audio pack by Relikk (X68000) and it works, but the two other audio packs just result in no music at all in the game.
Is there a workaround, or a revised version of the audio packs?

It's because they're BIN & CUE files. Loading a game with those files in G+GX treats it like a Mode 1/MSU-MD game. You need to go into the "Core Options" while the game is loaded, then "System" and change the "CD add-on (MD mode)" option to MegaSD and restart.
