I updated my Retroid MSU-1 with tempo changes, change in volume level, and a few new tracks (including Brinstar).

I tried merging this patch with some other bugfixes I had been working on, and it crashed at the title screen, so I went looking and noticed that your patch writes over a bunch of existing data.  Was this intentional?  It looks like you picked a location that you thought was empty, but then it overran past the unused addresses and on top of other data.

I think that was a project by Darkshock, merged patches by Pev and some additional fixes by me if I read original post correctly

Since DS and pev mainly abandoned hacking, I'd say it's up to you to fix further

This is simply a rename of files Relikk created for an MSU-1 pack of Metroid NES (Project Nested):

I based the track order on NES Pack v2. That pack didn't have an equivalent song for Zebetite (metr_msu-10.pcm), but I included that file in the download as well as a file that can be optionally renamed to replace one of the other tracks.
